Personal Loan?

I am currently 26 years old, have a perfect credit history, FICO scores in the 730-740 range and cannot get a personal loan if my life counted on it.

I have a salary of $48000/year and rent of about $800/month and have roughly $25000 I am trying to consolidate.

I have $11000 left on a car loan and $14500 on a credit card and would ultimately look for a $25000 personal loan.

I tried through wells fargo and bank of america and laughed out the door as the most I can get is $10000 from wells fargo and 0 through bank of america.

Do you know any other sites that offer a personal loan? There are lots of site that offer a line of credit, but I am not looking for another revolving account
