using a paypal account for payment, means that they havnt been screened to see if they are a genuine company, it%26#039;s close to impossible to get your money back, and you arnt protected like a visa or credit card.
most paypal payment sites (other then ebay) if they offer lower then normal prices, and low low delivery, you shouldnt buy from them as they are a scaming site.
