Why there are alot of jobs recruitment ads around and im still unemployed?

Its been awhile im looking around for jobs and sent many applications. Not once,do i get an interview.What am i lacking? Education?Looks?Characters? I got Diploma, average looking look and positive working attitudes. Yet the country claim unemployment rate is down and new jobs is plenty for everyone...

You need to work on your resume, and cover letter. You got to have it short, but pact with applying job relevant infromation. Once they read your resume, they need to feel that they need to know more, that you are a safe worker, ready to work on any chanlenges they might throw at you. That you have a positive attitude, A problem is not a problem, but a chance to find a solution. That should get you an interview. If by any chance, it stops after the interview, then work on your personal appearance, and people kills. Until then, make sure you got a kick a$$ resume and cover letter. Don%26#039;t show that you might be a good candidate, prove them you are the best candidate for that position.

After you send in the application try calling and checking on it that way the put yours on top and know you really are interested. Also do you have a resume, right now while you have no job would be a good time to make one and it might help.|||Based on your questions, your grammatical skills are lacking. The interview starts the minute you pick up an appication or call to inquire about a job. Always look your best, they say dress up a bit more than what you would be expected to wear for the job...and oh...what kind of experience do you have. Have you left many jobs after short periods of time. Have you been unemployed for long periods of time and can you explain it. How well is your resume written? Many people can do a good job, but if you don%26#039;t have the %26quot;look%26quot; on many levels, you%26#039;re not going to get it.|||I have been recruiting for companies for over 10 years. Many times good people get over looked because their cover letter or resume. Your resume is your first impression so I would encourage you to go to a professional to have them give you feedback. Go register at some services/agencies in your area and ask them for feedback. I have only been applying for jobs that i know im qualified for and still nuthin. IM not doing this for show|||This may sound silly, but have you been to the unemployment agency in your town yet? I went there when the company I worked for was about to lay us off, and they were able to tell me about available jobs in the area (and even set up an interview or two for me). I was really young at the time and just looking for a retail job to get me through college, but they were still helpful. The person working with you can look over your resume and cover letter to see if there%26#039;s something you%26#039;re missing.

If all else fails, humble yourself and get a part time job doing something at the mall.
